Psychology- Prejudice: How to measure the affective and behavioral components?

How do you measure the Affective and Behavioral Components if for example, you want to measure the prejudice White people have against Black people?

I know you could measure the Cognitive Component by asking people to pick adjectives to describe different ethnic groups.
