I preface this with the statement that this is a query about the gay male's reaction to nude women. I saw a number of different reactions to a distantly similar question but it brought up questions in my own mind. It appeared that the general consensus among gay men is that while they generally have no issue with women's breasts, most are completely horrified and "disgusted" by seeing a vagina.
I have heard it said that guys who yell, scream and roll around vomitting when they see a d*ck or come across a gay sex scene while browsing straight porn, are deeply insecure or in the closet. Although I'm straight, I have never reacted in this way. The way I see it is I've got a d*ck and I've seen a million more in straight porn, what difference does it make? It's not really a big enough deal to make a holy show about.
So my question is this, psychologically, shouldn't gay men feel indifferent to a vagina, rather than being disgusted by it? Another guy said on here that he just didn't "see the attraction [to a vagina]", while others said it was horrifying and disgusting. I guess I'm wondering, why be disgusted? The human body is brilliant, male or female; scientifically it's an almost perfect creation in nature, internally and externally, religiously it's a divine creation worthy of respect and acknowledgement of beauty in nature, I don't understand the "oh that's gross" response to anatomy, especially in adults. Can anyone illuminate the subject? I asked the last question and I truly DO NOT mean to be insulting by asking but i've always felt the "oh gross" response to be typical of 6th graders in science class and a response that fades as we mature. However that is not to say that other people do not have the response (I don't usually watch porn socially so I may be wrong lol).
