PSP WIFI HELP I NEED HELP PLEASe?

My psp works fine fine like a normal one should ( I HAVE CFW!!!) ) 3.90-m33-3 or 2 one of the those and when i go online via Wifi of course....It just goes out on me the green wifi light goes off and i check the wifi connection and it says 1% (LIKE WTF!!!) and i really need help on this. I googled something about a wifi fuse board...and im stuck there...Sometimes i can stay online though...I JUST WANA USE PSPTUBE LOL!!! nah for real though i need help....
