PSP pandora battery yes or no?

Okay I am trying to make a pandora battery out of my psp-110 battery its code is CGA-4B101B and its made in china, can I make this into a pandora battery? if so which pin would I cut?
I read somewhere on the internet this could only be soft modded? is this true?if it is can someone give me a link on how to softmod?
