I dont have it yet (right now without it i cant access recovery, will i be able to if i get this??)
 
Yes it will fix your fully bricked PSP. Pandora can a bricked PSP that's been bricked countless different ways but make sure you find out what version of Despertar del Cementerio (the software used to restore the PSP) you get. You want version 7 to have the best chance of restoring the PSP but an earlier version should work fine.
