PSP not reading an MP4?

I added several videos to my 2GB memory stick for my PSP. 3 of them work, however the fourth does not. It's a movie around 1hour and 38min, and it's in MP4 format. I can't figure out why it says it's an unsupported format. It displays just fine on my computer too.

Any ideas?
