PSP 3001 ChickHEN keeps freezing on the last image after i already got to

ChickHEN and Enabled CFW 3.60m33? I went in to chickhen easily with everything in place like on the second try then enabled cfw and then played my games and everything then my psp froze and and i tried to get chickhen again like 500 times but it kept freezing at the last image everytime!!!
