This store outside of chapel hill mall called GameOver 200 down though. They were only taking 5 preorders for some reason though. I guess thats all the 360's they got and arent expecting many more PS3's than that. Same place I preordered my 360 last year but i explained i might not be able to get there day of and if he needs me to pay in full before then to let me know.
