ps3 web browser better then expected

just got a PS3 finally day before yesterday and ive been farting around with downloading demos.. matter of fact i downloaded them all. and ive been playing with the web browser.

i was kinda expecting a slightly better version of the PSP browser but damn not this. took me a day to realise that the right stick moves the page while the left stick moves the pointer.. genius.. and i just pluged in a USB keyboard right now and im typing this Via my PS3.

all and all i had really high expectations for the PS3 and so far i have not been disapointed, i got Resistance and Carbon both awesome. i hated Gran Turismo 4 but GTHD plays freakn great they must have overhaulled the game engine.

cash money chaos is a good look at cool cheep mini games to come. i imported the new deftones cd and it found the names of all the tracks online really fast, i moved some pics from my PSP to the hard drive.

so far everthing runs smooth and its doing everything i expected it to do.

my only complaint is the trigger buttons (L2/R2).

i like the idea but i wish they were half moon shaped to fit your finger so they wouldnt slide off the bottom. from a useabily standpoint this is a stupid design flaw.

but since i use both anolog sticks (like an RC car) for driving games i can overlook this, but still something id like to see improved on sony.

can you hook up both a mouse and keyboard to the ps3? i'm not liking the controller cursor at all. typing text with the controller is also a pain in the ass

Wii Broswer> PS3 Browser

Wii zooms, remote works really well and alot of sites have very fun flash games for it. Also tabbed browseing.

ummm no .. i have both the wii and a ps3 and the wii browser is like the psp browser "nice to have, but not to use" .. im using my ps3 right now and it works just like my computer.

PS3 browser >>>>>>> Wii Browser

PS3 Browser is worlds better than the Wii browser. Neither is better than a normal one but for surfing on the big TV once inawhile, they are both ok.
