how do you like it? i'm tempted to get an xbox 360, i dont have a 1080p t.v. and wont be able to have one for years so i dont care about blu ray, how does the online play compared to xbox live? any complaints?
 
if you're casual, get the box. More games and a couple are really good. Get a PS3 if you really want the system and are willing to wait for the good shit.
 
Xbox Live has more features, but you have to pay for it. PS3 is free, but has less features than Xbox Live. From my experience, the PS3 plays games very well online as far as lag. I've never once experienced any lag while playing Resistance or Call of Duty 3 online. The features vary from game to game. Resistance has a friends list and clan support, as well as a ranking system with unlockable skins and shit to change how your guy looks. I guess it all depends on you.
 
id wait for the ps3 to work out the bugs and get some good titles under its belt. 360 is cheaper, and has a couple good titles, and great online capabilities. of course, you should pick up a wii as well, thats a given. with a 250 price tag, packaged with a great game, and an instant classic avaliable already, its well worth it. soo the answer to your question is 360+Gears Of War+Wii+Zelda.
 
no, i never really cared for those type of games, like zelda, or mystical robe and wizard hats, elves, dwarfs, swords

loving my 60gig. but if you get it now expect some kind of problem. but turnaround on the ps3 leaving your house to getting one back from sony is about a week and a half. mine has wireless controller problems and is getting taken care of for free. packing materials, shipping, etc. all free
 
Try out Madden on the Wii, I hated football games but with the Wii controllers it's actually fun. Car game, there's one that comes with a steering wheel.. and COD3 is already out on Wii
