J John.NY New member Apr 13, 2011 #22 It took 6 months to crack 2.6. It was a LONG wait. 3.0 is out now, it will take atleast 5 months to crack this. If you dont mind waiting that long then go ahead and update. Every single homebrew community is screaming out to everyone not to update their consoles. You can say goodbye to running burned PS3 games & homebrew apps for atleast 6 months.
