Ps3 CHAT Problem. Parentle is off, yet chat is still not working? Read detail!!! HELPP?

I have UFC. Just got it. When i click on online. Something pops up saying you are not able to chat because of parentle settings.
ALL MY PARENTAL SETTINGS ARE OFF.
What could be the problem? Is it checking the age? Did i do something wrong during registering my ID? HELP HELP HELP
it pisses me off when i see that pop up -.-

*I DONT HAVE A MIC BTW.*
