PS3 Bluetooth headset?

Is there a way to talk into the PS3 mic but hear everyone through the TV like you normally would when your mic is off? Its just when i got friends over everyone wants to hear as well.

Ps: I'm referring to playing Black Ops. I use the official PS3 bluetooth headset.
