Villa all about? If you will look Northeast in front of the Villa Mansion (on the outside), you will find it on the top left portion of the mansion's facade... I was surprised to find it there! It's approx. on the third story portion...
 
that's one of the glyphs. climb up to it and start the related puzzle. when you find all 20 glyphs in the world and complete the related puzzles you will unlock the video associated with them.
