I have a motorolla bluetooth, and whenever I try syncing it with the PS3, it fails. So here's what I do. I go to accessories settings, then manage bluetooth device, then I turn on my bluetooth to where the light is a solid glowing blue light, then I connect the USB connector to the PS3 and the bluetooth (the light then turns red, then blue and red), Then I press start scan (I usually press it at the same time I connect the bluetooth), but then it just says scanning... Please wait. LIKE NONE STOP!! Why does it do that?!?!?
Also, if this is helpful information, whenever I disconnect the bluetooth, it says its registered, and to enter the pass key, then it says "error, try again." PLEASE HELP!!! ):
