I recently replaced my PS3 Laser and Deck (Motor that spins the disc) and now everytime I try putting my top case back on my PS3 gives me the yellow light and the red light starts flashing. Alsothe discs don't even want to go in with the case on. I try to put the disc in and the blue light just starts flashing...Then I take the case off and it works fine. Why is it doing this? PLEASE don't tell me "oh this is what you get for trying to fix it yourself" because I know what i'm doing or "you should have sent it to sony, now you voided your warranty"...I didn'tfeel like paying $150 when I could fix it myself for under $100...and yes my warranty was already finished before I opened my PS3...
