PS3 2.5 update Problem, Database rebuilding?

I downloaded the 2.50 ps3 update and it downloaded, and now is at a screen that says "the hard disk's database will be rebuilt." But whenever i say yes, about 3 seconds later it just turns off, restarts and goes back to the same page. No matter what i do it goes back to the same screen where it just restarts.

Help, i can't do anything
