Ps2 registration- sign in?

i had registered my PS2 in 06, since then i havent signed in
today when i wanted to...it says the pasword and the id is incorrect can anyone please tell me wht to do i wanna play online games....
 
if you can find something that say es I FORGOT MY PASS WOOD CLICK ON THAT. OR GO TO SEETHINGS
