PS2 games with the most cheats?

Aside from the Rockstar games, can you please point me towards some PS2 games that have lots of cheats? Of course, this can include PS1 games, but not PS3 games. Thanks!
10 points to the first person to give me a PS1 or PS2 title that is NOT a Rockstar game, and also doesn't lecture me like I'm a naughty two year old.
 
cheating is not good, and cheating in computer games is not such fun as playing without them. try to play gta vice city without cheats and you'll see it has a very big idea
