Protest Laws: has anyone ever protested a company non union? ?

what kind of trouble can i get into if I hung a 50 foot banner displaying the hardship a company puts there employees through from a 3 storey garage so all the workers see it when they walked in- my company is contracted to a business building and the grounds are private property ( there has been protest on the grounds before for separate issues)
 
this is america, and u can do what ever u want, but you should do that on ur property, oh yeah ur boss might try to find ways to fire u
