I'm looking for suggestions on the best protein shake for me. I workout at the gym three times a week and run cross country every weekday. I am looking to lose some fat around my gut and reduce my body fat. I don't want to get completely ripped from the gym and the protein shake, but I would like to be a little more toned. So does anyone have any suggestions on protein shakes that fit my requests?
