I ride my bike to work, approximately 6.8 miles each way with more than five miles on a bike path without auto traffic. I am trying to focus on building/using muscle since if I need a break or struggle, it's at least as often because of tired muscles as in being out of breath.
If I am using my muscles in my lower body that much, should I have a serving of protein powder following each bike ride?
