Protection Plan iPhone Help?

Hi, I'm kind of desperate, because I couldn't find any answers on this so far. I have an iPhone that I bought in Indonesia, but Indonesia doesn't have the AppleCare Protection Plan. If I buy it let's say from Singapore, will it work? I just found out and I have 4 days left until my limited warranty expires :'S

Please help me...
