protected sex and my period is late?

i've been having protected sex..but my period is almost a week late..help!!

also i had a baby 3 months ago..last month my period was very very heavy..is that normal??
 
your not sopossed to have sex until 6 months after you have a baby its very dangerous, you could get an infection, and screw up your insides.
