Proposed model for Self-Sustained Human Civilization growing at controlled geometric progression, R(Multiplier) of less than 2.

Background: Human Civilizations have taken to various forms to cater to the basic instinct of domination. Social Hierarchies have been developed. Anarchism, Socialism, Capitalism, Mixed models have got success to a point but are in no case any close to ideal solution.

Problem: To develop a self-sustained Human Civilization model which provides roles and positions for persons with different pysche, thought patterns, attitude, outlook and all the variables of human personality to fit in with minimum friction. A society where the need to commit crime is not felt or atleast is pinned to possible 'minimas'.

Possible Solution: Formation of World Goverment, Combined with categorization is straight two groups. Consumers and Producers.

Consumers: Would enjoy and reap on the production of producers, having to perform almost no work. All duties passed onto producers.
Producers: Would contribute towards society sustainance. All work is to be borne by these.

Ofcourse this model would lead to a lot of chaos, simply the fact that people lying in producers category would want to jump into the consumers category. hence,

Rotation amongst these two categories would be seen by enforcing authority.

Goal: I am developing a mathematical model to simulate this society. The goal is to comeup with least amount of time that needs to be spent in producers section by a person to be there in consumers for rest of his life. I have fed the varibles like GDP, Consumer Price Index (CPI), Real Disposable Personal Income, Labour Force Participation etc. My model is in nascent stages but resembles economy output on an ultra-micro scale, the cost to sustain economy for a period.

Questions:
(1) Is this model feasible, simulations comeup with periods of 7 years of production to be in consumer section for 30 years. (Ofcourse relying on extrapolated and super efficient methods of production).
(2) What are other models which can be applied to achieve self-sustained economy. Goal being least time spent in production section and maximum time spent in consumer.

Thanks in Advance,
