I am going through a turbulent time and i work full time and my wife dosent work, she worked 3 months last year part time and she was asked to leave. We have 2 children, aged 4 years and 1 year now living with my ex wife. The ADVO brought on by the police as per my ex partners instructions restrict me from going 100m near the house. The question is the house is in my name and only bought last year.
1. Can i ask my ex wife to leave as i cant bear to manage a mortgage and rent a new place for mysely.
2. what are the chances that the family court will ask me to give the house to her ? There is NO parenting plan yet or a custody agreement yet.
3. I have also been asked to pay 1700 $ as child support and she is getting parenting payemtn of 1200 $ from centrelink.
