I'm looking for proper exercises that perhaps build your explosive power as well as your reflexes. I'm not looking for "play video games, play online reflex games and upload your high-score."
Perhaps there's a kind of training that helps my reflexes? Currently I do a bit of strength training and a bit of bodybuilding so does this help my reflexes? And to what extent?
