proof of income?

i'm going to a new doctors clinic and i have to show proof of income. i've only worked at my job for a couple weeks and have received my first pay check, but i can't find the pay stub and i don't have tax papers. i did however deposit my pay check into my bank and have the deposit slip, but it doesn't have my name on it.

Call your payroll department. They should be able to provide another check stub for you.

you should be able to get a wage form from the doctor's office that can be filled out by your new work....call and ask them about it
