I am just curious if this is normal or not...
I have high arches, but a slight pronation (my feet tends to want to roll slightly towards the body's centre line)...
When I jump up and down (and i land, bending my knees about to spring back up again) my knees tend to go inwards.... is it normal to jump and have knees go inwards instead of outwards or straight up and down...? When I run my knees don't hit or touch each other like as if i was pigeon toed etc.
