Prom Hair Ideas - (I need some help!)?

Ok hey everyone, this is for my junior prom :)

Let's start off with my prom dress. My dress is black & purple with spaghetti straps, it also is shorter in the front than longer in the back..

My problem is finding the right hairdo to go with this dress:

I have long blonde/brown hair (past my shoulders.) And i have a round or oval face shape.

I will put up some sample pics of some hairstyles that I like later.

that looks more like a halloween dress for a witch. Sorry, but that dress screams social suicide. Start off by buying a new dress.
