I got my first round of prolo for L5-S1 and L-4 disks and SI Joints. The doctor gave me 30 injections. I have lower disk degeneration and slippage of L5, grade 1. The doctor also said I have a lax ligament in my hip bone. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first experience. The injections that really hurt were the ones in L-5 S1 disks. I have been getting sharp shooting pains in this desk area and muscle spasms in my legs. Dr. said that prolo only works if you get several treatments. I don't know if I can go through another one. Has anyone had prolo treatments and had injections in disk area?
