projector lights for a 2007 dodge charger....?

im looking on getting some projector lights for my 07 dodge charger but somebody told me if one of the lights go out then they both go out and i would have to replace both of them....not sure if this is true but just wana make sure cuz if they do then i wouldnt want to buy them....thank u
