i once posted a question here ,regarding the highly educated immigrants ,
and came the conclusion that that was far from practical in my case , cause all the universities
in the list were american or dutch , which i have n access to ,
so i kept studying dutch in my free time , and i also came up with this plan ,
i will study for a double degree in hanze grongen in electronics , where i will Get a bachelor of engineering in just 1 year ,my home school here in finland have an agreement with them .
so my question is , will this qualify me to be able to stay the one year searching for job year ??
and waive the EU law obligating employers not to hire me ?
because as it is stated in the law , people with university degree from holland are able to apply .
note:
i will graduate with a degree in electrical automation from a university f applied science from finland
and if i took one extra year in holland i will also get a second degree.
i am from sudan ,i speak arabic ,finnish , english , and elementary dutch .
