Programs I can use to unlock my phone to use Rogers?

I managed to completely restore my iPhone now the problem is, is that I have to activate it through a SIM card. I have a Rogers SIM card, but my phone is locked to Fido.

Is there a program I can use on the computer to switch this up or whatt?
Can I jailbreak it or?
If so, what are some ways to jailbreak it?

Note: Can't actually get INTO the phone, until it's activated, so I can't use jealbreakme.com !
