I recently went from having an Emerson television to owing a Sony television. I am trying to program My dish network remote to the tv and I have done all the codes and found that 500 was the code for the Sony TV however it only works when turning the tv on or off. It won't let me turn the volume down or adjust the menu screen. When trying these options, it will send me to the AUX mode but that's ont working. Any advice.
