My phone has been disconnected for about 2 1/2 months. My dad finally paid the bill and I had to get a new phone number because they gave my old one away (which i dont understand why!) I tried reactivated it by calling *228 but that failed. So i tried doing it manually, but it's asking for a service programming code as soon as I type in the 333333 number. I take it to the cricket store and they tried it too and they said it was like my phone was never on the system. Now this is what I dont get because my cellphone has only been off for like 2 months. Could someone please tell me what's with service programming code and how is this possible???????
