I am thinking that I have either not set it up properly or the phone is on a different NAM.
-I unzipped prl file.
-I open LGDownloader.exe.
-I selected DLL at the top left of the screen (with the check mark first) then DLL to the left of it.
-I selected Domestic DCN, LG-S200
-Under download shortcut I select "PRL Write"
-Under PRL File Path, I selected NAM 1, browsed to select the prl file 1040 (the one e-mailed you)
-I told it to write, it came back with a message that it was successful.
When I tried to call to call 611 I still got the same recording that I had before, I was on the Verizon network. I tried progamming NAM 1-5 with my PRL and I still get the same message. I am thinking that maybe the phone is set on a different NAM. So on the phone I entered Menu, 1. This takes me to a screen that asks for a 6 digit SVC code. I tried entering "000000", which is what the SPC code is. I also tried 111111, 777777, 999999. But I am unable to get break it. I am thinking that this is the menu that will allow me to change the NAM.
Please review the steps I have taken and let me know if there is something I can do different.
