I remember there was a GUI program for creating Palm software, where you could put things like text, buttons, input etc onto a virtual Palm screen and then script what you want them to do. I think it was called something like PRC-Tools, but that's to do with C# and not a GUI interface. Anyone know what I'm thinking of?
