Professional photography vs. Digital Cameras?

or non professional, what is the difference in the quality of pictures?/ Would professional photography capture me the way I see myself in the mirror?
Also Professional Video vs. Cam Corder
 
I don't understand your question. Many professionals use digital these days.

Will they capture you like in the mirror. No and yes. No not like in the mirror because the mirror is actually "mirror" image of your real looks. But will they capture your REAL looks, yes if he is good photographer.
