For this equation. We are told it is made in a particle accelerate.

a) Is the Hydrogen (ion?) fired at the Carbon nucleus to make Nitrogen-13 ?

OR

B) Is the Carbon (ion) fired at the Hydrogen nucleus to make Nitrogen-13?
