Every time I tried to have a video call with my family, the camera and audio start perfectly, but a few minutes later, either the other side cannot see my webcam or we start loosing audio, suddenly the web cam session closes, or when I try calling the other side, a message in messenger shows up saying that Messenger is not available right now, but it happens all day long, I have tried different hours. We downloaded another program called Pal-talk and the same things happen. Is it my computer or what the heck is wrong? I have tried everything, un-install, install back, restore, etc. Your help will be definitely appreciated it! Thanks!
