1. There is no audio. Just a buzzing sound.
2. I don't know how to upgrade it, because I don't know what version it is. It merely says on the box "WD TV Mini Media Player". It came with a control, does that help? :S
3. I'm running it on a Sanyo PDP TV. Could that be the problem?
4. It won't recognize new files. I tried adding an mp3 file to my hard drive, and when I plugged it into the media player, it never showed up. This is the same situation I have with any update files.
