I downloaded Verizon Online Backup and Sharing for a friend at her request. Her software is set up to back up daily at Noon. She tells me that she has been getting a lot of error messages since the download. I do not have the specific error messages, but according to her, there are various different error messages. I checked her online account and everything seems to be backing up okay. Has anybody seen this problem? If not, does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.
