Problems with the seller Misty Electronics on Ebay?

Has anyone ever ordered from misty electronics on ebay and had problems with them? Because I have!!
I recieved a phone that said like brand new, rated 9 out of 10. I recieved it fast, it worked great the first day, but stopped working the 2nd. I sent it back, but they lied and said they didn't recieve it today, when ups said it was signed for yesterday.
 
Illiterates don't deserve to buy things on eBay... There is a report button. You can also lock your credit card or get your money back from eBay as fraud insurance if the seller has stolen your money.
