I am a verizon customer and got the samsung omnia 2 in dec right after it was released, and now, 5 months after getting the phone, it has stopped working. it won't let me do anything, it will only come on every once in a while, and it won't even let me reset it to default settings. i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and if so how did verizon handle it? i'm so over having to replace my phone every couple of months and i don't expect a $400 phone to be unusable 5 months after its purchase/release. thank you in advance and any help would be greatly appreciated.
