Im running windows 7 and have the latest htc sync update. i backed up my contacts fine on sync before i updated after that was done i tried to load the contacts i just backed up and when i connect my phone again nothing happens, the charging light on the phone comes on thats it, windows 7 doesnt pick it up. Can anyone help???
