problems with the 7250i

sumtimes when i recieve a msg on my phone (nokia 7250i) il read the msg n delete it n my fone carries on ringin out until i take my battery out of my phone. before someone rang me n i answered it n my phone carried on ringing again whilst i was on the phone. iv'e neva dropped my phone or it hasn't had contact with water or anythin like that. has any1 else had this problem? iv'e only had the phone for about 5 months.
 
maybe it's another on-coming call?? if not, maybe ur unit's faulty, and i suggest u get it fixed at ur Nokia Care before the warranty runs out.... had several problems with my old 7250 as well, not with the ringing tone though, with faulty keypad and i got my fixed FOC.
