problems with sony psp slim 3.80?

i have sony psp slim 3.80 n i cant download games in it... i tried to make pandora battery but it doesnt work... my psp doesnt have any softwares installed in it but i installed upms installer in it...it just says that no need to update ur psp plz help me with this problem..

never try 2 make a pandora battery.....
BUY ONE
a week ago i had this craze of all this pandora stuff
but it was no use....
they dont sell pandora battery in pakistan
