Problems with seat latch on a 07 Toyota Sienna?

I just purchased a 2007 Toyota Sienna. I am having problems with the latch for the stow and go seating in the back though. Instead of it being really easy to just pull the little strap and the seat folds down into the back, the front of the seat un-latches fine, but the back, not so much. the latch to the inside will un-latches if you rock the seat back and forth a little, but the one on the outside I cant get to un-latches for anything. I tried every thing I could think of but cant get it to work. Has anyone else had this problem, and/or do you know how I could fix it?
