ive had my tocco lite for a while now. i got a disk and a USB cable with it.
i put the disk and the usb cable(with phone) into my computer. a "new found hardware" message came up on my screen. i clicked "install the software automatically" as it was reccomended.
a picture of a magnifying glass and a computer comes up, as if searching. then it says that the correct software cant be found.
i downloaded the Samsung PC Studio 3 from the internet onto my computer. when i go onto it, the phone editor, message manager and MMS composer are in gray and i am not able to click them. the rest are in colour and working.
my computer has recognized the phone because there is a message at the bottom of the screen that says it has been recognized.
does this mean i have not installed the USB cable properly? and if not, how do i do this?
if you can think of any other reasons why this might not be working can you please help me, as i REALLY want to upload photos from my phone. thanks!
